Professor Julian Hopkin CBE is Chairman of Trustees. His background
is in hospital medicine, clinical teaching and medical research.
He has been Head and Rector of the School (now College) of Medicine
in Swansea. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians
and a Fellow of the Academy of Medical Sciences. |

Mrs Jane Clayton is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified
with Deloitts. She is a Non-Executive Director at Finance Wales
plc and is Chairman of Swansea’s Bay Leisure Limited. She
has lectured in Accounting and Business at Swansea University
and has been President of Swansea Business Club and High Sheriff
of West Glamorgan. |

Professor Marc Clement is Vice-Chancellor of the University of
Wales. He is a physicist with notable successes in innovation
and producing medical products. He is a Wales Trustee for the
National Endowment of Science, Technology and the Arts, and is
Chairman of the Expert Panel on Resource Management for Welsh
Assembly Government.

Professor Iwan Davies is Pro-Vice Chancellor at Swansea University
and holder of the Hodge Professorship in Law. He is Chair of the
UK Finance and Leasing Association Business Code Monitoring Group
and past Chairman of the Standing Committee for Legal Wales. He
was Called to the Bar in 1995.

Dr Sian Lewis is a hospital physician. She specialises in haematology
and is Vice-Chairman of the Royal College of Pathologists’
Council for Wales. She makes important contributions to Postgraduate
Medical Training, being Associate Dean for Quality Assurance in
Postgraduate Training for Wales. |

Penny Roberts, a graduate of Swansea University, is a journalist and media consultant who spent much of her career working in television and radio as BBC Wales' Chief Reporter. She is currently a Director of Tower Media, a media training company which also specialises in the production of films for use on a variety of platforms. Penny has worked extensively with the NHS in Wales in her current role and as a television journalist. |
